The Hall is managed by a Committee which comprises four elected members and the representatives of those non commercial activities who regularly use the Hall. The election of the elected Members and the confirmation of the Representatives occurs annually at the AGM held in April in the Hall after public notice. All these automatically become Managing Trustees. At the first meeting of the Committee, held immediately after the AGM, the Officers are elected from the Committee. They are the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer. The Annual Accounts are presented at the AGM, having been inspected by an independent person. There are four Committee meetings per year, generally in April or May following the AGM, July, October and January. The day-to-day Management is devolved to the Officers. These meetings are reported to the full Committee who ratify decisions.
